Who can apply for camp?

Girls entering 6th, 7th, or 8th grade for the 2019-2020 school year are invited to apply for camp.*

When are applications due?

All application materials are due April 15th, 2020. See the application page for more details. 

When is camp?

This year, camp is June 15 through June 19, 2020. Camp meets on the UTD campus Monday through Friday from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm. 

On Friday, June 19st we will have an end-of-camp ice cream party at 3:00 pm. 

How much does camp cost?

There is no cost to attend camp! Funding is provided by the Science and Math Education department, and donations! Due to this, we can only accept a limited number or participants! See more information on our application page!

How can I donate to camp?

Please see our Donations page for information on donating to camp. Please note that donations will not affect the application process. 

Where is camp?

Camp is held on the University of Texas at Dallas campus located in Richardson, Texas.

Camp will be held in the Founders North building.

* UT Dallas is Title IX compliant. The target population for the Women in Physics camp are girls as females are an underrepresented population in physics. However, any boys who choose to apply will be given full consideration.
